other than that, phone divorce sounds wrong!
I guess it could be good...
But even if it initially happens over the phone wouldn't you have to see him to agree on the settlements?
Phone divorce to me just seems so wrong. Too detached from what should be more human and personal. I mean, come on... you cannot even get divorced by phone in Vegas! :o)
can you get it via fax in Vegas?
Marriage is a respected institution in Vegas.. of course you cannot make a mockery of it and end it with a fax!!!!
